- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for urgent orders (if placed before the cutoff time).
All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. We do not process international orders at this time.
For customers outside the U.S., we recommend using third-party freight forwarding services. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
3. Processing Time
Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, processing will begin the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Shipping Method: Different shipping methods have different prices (e.g., standard, expedited, or overnight).
- Order Weight and Size: Heavier or larger items may incur additional shipping fees.
- Destination Address: Shipping fees are based on your shipping address, and the cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
If you have a promotion or coupon code that includes free shipping, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
5. Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, CarePariz may offer free shipping promotions on certain products or minimum order amounts. These promotions will be clearly communicated on the website or through email newsletters. Free shipping promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions, such as:
- Minimum order value
- Valid only for standard shipping within the United States
- Excludes sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays that are beyond our control, such as:
- Inclement weather or natural disasters
- High shipping volume during holidays or promotional periods
- Issues with the carrier (e.g., delivery route disruptions, labor strikes)
If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of it. Please note that CarePariz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact CarePariz within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and help locate your shipment. If the carrier is unable to locate it, we will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
9. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you are unable to provide a physical address, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
10. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, products from your order may be shipped separately if they are coming from different warehouses or if a product is temporarily out of stock. You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each shipment, and any applicable shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.
11. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. We encourage you to double-check your address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
12. Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
13. Shipment Restrictions
